Registration Info and Cost

A cohort of the School of Spiritual Direction, Year One and Two, is comprised of approximately 12 individuals who meet together five times over the course of nine months. We meet at the Abbey all day Friday (8 am to 7 pm) and all day Saturday (8 am to 4 pm).

The cost for the training is $2750 per year, which includes a $450 deposit. The balance can be paid in full or in 4 equal payments of $575. You will be invoiced for each payment over the course of the nine months.  Books, lodging, and transportation are not included in the cost of the training. Limited lodging is available at Fall Creek Abbey at no cost to out-of-town participants. All meals are included during each intensive.

Early Admission:

If you are interested in the upcoming Year One fall cohort, you may apply for early admission anytime after January 1st and before March 1st. All early admission applicants must have applications and references forms in by March 1st and will be given priority acceptance if they meet all the requirements of the program, receive approval after being interviewed, and pay their $450 non-refundable deposit. (We typically receive more qualified applications than available spots.) Please request an application and reference form by emailing Carol Collins and to schedule your interview.

Regular Admission:

After March 1st and before June 1st (deadline), you can register for the upcoming Year One fall cohort by requesting, filling out, and submitting an application along with two references. Once we receive your application and references, and if we have remaining spots available, we will initiate to schedule an interview. If you are accepted into the program, a $450 deposit is required to reserve your place.
